Preparation:
1. Pat the turkey dry before applying either of these Award Winning smoked spice rubs, Triple Smoke Prime Rub or Butchers Blend.
2. Rub the turkey with butter.
3. Firmly rub each side of each piece of the turkey with the rub.
Follow the cooking directions as provided on the turkey, varies by weight.
