.Ingredients:
2lbs regular ground beef or Meat alternative ( Beans, Lentils, mushrooms or meat substitute)
1 large onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 shallot diced
2 cups beef stock
1 Package of Triple Smoke XXX Tex Mex Chili
Toppings:
1 field tomato diced
1 bunch of green onion chopped / or half a red onion diced
1 jalapeno sliced (optional)
shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Saute onion, garlic and shallot in oil and butter until translucent
2. Add ground beef, saute until about half cooked
3. Add beef stock, stir occasionally until beef is cooked
4. Add a package of Triple Smoke XXX Tex Mex
5. Stove top method: Allow to simmer for at least 30 minutes/ Instapot method - Pressure cook for 18 minutes.
6. Scoop desired amount into bowls, top with shredded cheese, jalapenos, fresh tomatoes and green/red onion and finally drizzle with Hickory Dill Aioli.
