I now live in Manitoba but lived in B C for years. I picked up a jar of smoked garlic when visiting a small northern town in BC. I fell in love with this product. I now order on line experimenting with different spices. These spices are amazing Would love to see them carried in our stores here in Manitoba. What a good find in a small town of Terrace BC.
This stuff is fantastic. First time I tried it in pasta, I was hooked. Mixed it into burger patties, amazing. On a grilled ribeye steak, scrumptious. Next is grinding it into Caesar salad. Looking forward to it.
This smoked garlic is a must for us in our split pea soup. Since our soup is vegetarian it needs something with a bit of bite so that the soup is not bland. The smoked garlic makes the soup amazing.
